Printer Maintenance
We repair and maintain most HP printers, as well as laser printers from Canon, Ricoh, Lexmark, Brother, and others. Our technicians carry many common printer parts, which allows most printer service to be done right on-site.
Supplies and Consumables
We stock and deliver paper, ink, toner, and other consumables from a number of manufacturers, including HP, Canon, Xerox, and other "aftermarket" manufacturers.

4C Tech's Servers
Our servers are located in Houston, TX. The collocation facility features over 25,000 square feet of total space, redundant UPS systems, generator backup, closed circuit monitoring of all areas and entrances, card key access, 24 hour guard manned security, redundant a/c systems, and fiber from 7 separate providers. The data centers have been engineered to avoid any single point of failure in connectivity, power, or HVAC. And because the data centers are not open to the public, you can rest assured that only a handful of highly trained, level-three technicians will be allowed within close physical proximity to the servers.
Physical Security
The area is secure. The front door must be opened by the security guard who is on duty 24/7/365. Movement throughout the facility must be escorted at ALL times. There is no other entry door into the facility with the exception of the loading door which is protected by a roll down door and may only be operated with a security officer present.
Location
Houston is an ideal location for the primary data center because of the absence of natural disasters and its central location to the Internet backbone connections from all across the United States
Carrier Room
This area is served by redundant Data Aire 26 Ton units as well as redundant power distribution systems. There are also redundant DC rectifiers. All fiber takes redundant paths throughout the facility as well as having dual entry.
Multiple Redundancy
Everything from the connections to the Internet backbone, to the Uninterrupted power supply (UPS) has at least one backup. Two additional generator units are in place to provide capacity for an expansion for another 30,000 sq. foot.
